MISSION CHEESE

Yesterday for Ma Duke's Day, I took the old battle ax out to Mission Cheese for some wine, cheese, spirited convo and more. I absolutely love this little concrete walled spot in SF's Mission for it's stellar cheese pairing list but especially their "market plate". Simply tell the cheese monger what kind of funky goodness you like and he'll serve you up a plate of gooey surprise!

This Sunday for brunch we checked out the fab oyster and ham spot, Hog&Rocks in the Mission. Yes, oyster and ham tastings with killer cocktails and and other dazzlers such as poached shrimp and grits with a pickled grape salad. Salivating?
