I am working on an upcoming story on the iconic designer Tony Duquette, which has got me knee deep in mood boards full of insanely beautiful jewelry, over the top rooms and party shots but what I love about this job is how it sparks creative juices in all arms of my world. I am obsessed with the idea of using one of these malachite wallpapers, in honor of the stone Duquette basically made his own, surrounding a fireplace at a wine bar I am decorating—or perhaps in a small curtained-off room of the adjacent beer bar...hmmm??
