BRIGHT LIGHTS

Love, love these neon cord pendants with half chrome bulbs. These are from Earth Sea Warrior's Etsy shop but would also be a pretty easy DIY as well. We've just put a few in The Shop's foyer to spruce it up a bit.

I DIE

Sorry, I couldn't help saying it but these uber geometric pieces from Roll & Hill are killer! Both are part of the Himelli collection and make such a great statement. I've been a fan of caged, industrial inspired lighting for a while—but these take it to a whole new level.

Light It Up

It's all about lighting, here at The Shop. All our overhead lights have dimmers and we prefer an unholy glow in the room, to just about anything else. To prepare for this dormant winter season (yeah right) I've decided that a little mood lighting is just what I need in the bedroom.
Here is one of my favorites, the Solo pendant, from Re-Surface (outta Brooklyn). The microphone shaped pendant comes in a woodgrain or white/black lacquer finish and adds that purrrfect gleam to a room...wink wink.

In my bedroom, I've hung with an antique hook, found at some flea mart and just nailed straight into the grout.
