We're going going back back to Cali
To support our true love of The Shop, this beautiful tower is where we spend our days in NYC. I heard someone compare the design of the Hearst Tower to that of an argyle sock - which seems quite fitting. However, this new jobby job is sending us to Cali, LA to be exact, for 2 weeks. Can't wait to get me some fun in the sun ! Maybe we'll see the newly svelte Baron Davis doing something annoying and stupid...sell out.
Smells Like Burning...
...sounds like ringing. We are still a bit deaf from last night's Juan MacLean show at the Bowery Ballroom, where they killed it !! While the the 3 piece ensemble, Chairlift, didn't make us move quite as much, there are still a few bangers on their album worth checking out. The Juan MacLean however had the whole crowd dancing and it didn't stop there. An insane light show, spot on vocals and a crowd that wasn't afraid to show they were into the music, what else could you ask for !! If you have a chance, check them out.
